7-Day Easy Return
We offer a 7-day easy return for items with manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (for example, fabric faults, stitching defects, or a major color mismatch from the ordered item), you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 03063772207 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the defect.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging (where applicable).
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, not for change of mind or size preference.
- Sale or discounted items may have different return terms — please confirm with us before ordering.
Refunds
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunds for approved returns are issued via JazzCash or bank transfer within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For JazzCash orders: refunds are sent back to the same JazzCash account used for payment.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 03063772207 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
